Brother of Breakdancer Faces Crypto Fraud Allegations

Brendan Gunn, who is the sibling of famed Australian breakdancer, has been formally charged by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The charges stem from his involvement in a fraudulent scheme related to cryptocurrency.

Legal Consequences

The ASIC has classified Gunn's actions as a criminal offence. Should he be convicted, he could face a maximum penalty of three years behind bars, a fine totaling $37,800, or perhaps both punishments.
