Méliuz Embraces Bitcoin in New Investment Approach

In a strategic shift, the Brazilian financial technology giant Méliuz has decided to diversify a segment of its funds into Bitcoin. Following approval from its board, this plan will allow the company to allocate a maximum of 10% of its cash reserves to cryptocurrency investments, aiming for substantial gains over time.

Details disclosed in a securities filing on Thursday highlight that Méliuz has already acquired 45.72 BTC, with the total purchase amounting to approximately $4.1 million. This equates to an average investment price of $90,926 per Bitcoin.
