Jeremy Allaire, CEO and co-founder of Circle, has voiced that issuers of dollar-backed digital tokens ought to be registered within the United States. During an interview with Bloomberg, Allaire emphasized, "There shouldn't be leniency where companies can disregard U.S. regulations and operate freely elsewhere while engaging with the U.S. market."
